Scope of Services. Through this Site, Apexforge Systems HVAC markets and arranges Air Conditioning Repair, AC Maintenance, Heating Repair, Thermostat Installation, Air Duct Installation, Furnace Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Apexforge Systems HVAC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Apexforge Systems HVAC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apexforge Systems HVAC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Apexforge Systems HVAC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Apexforge Systems HVAC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
